ProductDevelopment
Every project starts with vehicle research and measurement. The vehicle floor is scanned, sill clearances and pedal gaps are defined, and this data is transferred into CAD for both vehicle-specific and universal fit studies.
Customer needs analysis and market feedback are the primary inputs for the continuous development of our product series.

MaterialDevelopment
We develop our PVC compound formulation in our own facility. Flexibility, odour control, durability and colour stability — every parameter is monitored as part of our production process.
Raw material processed on our extruder line enters production to defined standards, which safeguards consistency between batches.

Product Design &Mould Engineering
From CAD drawings to rendering, from steel mould development to commissioning, the entire design process is carried out with engineering partners we have worked with for many years.
Every mould is designed on the basis of vehicle-specific measurement data and passes fitment validation before production. This approach secures product-to-vehicle fit ahead of manufacturing.
